The Limit CGC). This is a rebreeding of the "Pie
Litter" I expect the puppies from this litter to excel at obedience
and agility.

The Golden Gate Kennel Club dog show was last weekend. We were well
represented by Summer (Ch. TK Foxfire Haut Summer Nights) and four of
her kids, Phoebe (Foxfire Starchaser FineByDesign), Tia (Starchaser
Foxfire Win Four Me), Jett (Ch. Foxfire Strchsr R We There Yet) and
Madison (Starchaser's First Class Ticket). Tia and Madison were second
and third both days and Summer won the brood bitch class both days.

point and her litter-mate brother Jett (Foxfire Starchaser R We There

Club dog show. Jett and Maddy turned one year yesterday so this
was their first time in the 12 to 18 month class. We could not be more
proud of these Summer kids.

Preparations are under way for the Golden Gate Kennel Club dog show January 26th and 27th at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. This is a "bench show", meaning that all the entered dogs must be on display all weekend. There are 1654 dogs entered from 143 different AKC recognized breeds. Exhibitors are given two feet per dog and expected to decorate this "bench space". If you only attend one dog show this year make it this one.
Goldens are benched in the South Hall
On Saturday there are 61 Goldens entered. We will be in ring 5 at 10:30 AM.
On Sunday there are 62 Goldens entered. We will be in ring 5 at 1:00 PM.

Summer will compete in the Veteran Bitch class, bitches must be 7+ years
old, and the Brood Bitch class where each bitch brings two of her kids

is due to whelp in seven to ten days.
Today she spent time in her whelping box arranging and rearranging her
toys. She will begin to spend more and more time preparing her whelping
box as she gets closer to whelping her puppies.
